Stephanie Kelly – Accounting Manager
Stephanie Kelly began her career at National Datacare in 1997. Stephanie is a corporate subject matter expert in the Resident Fund Management Services System, CMS regulations related to resident funds, Social Security Regulations related to Collective and Master/Sub Accounts, and ACH guidelines for bank accounts related to Resident Fund Management. During her career she has been involved in all aspects of the company to include: customer service, customer contract execution, training, accounting, sales support, and project management. Stephanie is currently the Accounting Manager, managing the Customer Accounting Team and handling the NDC company accounting system. Over the years, she has initiated innovative ideas and process improvements to enhance corporate efficiency and effectiveness. She has been an integral member of the corporate leadership team for the majority of her career. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
Leigh Powell – Chief Executive Officer
Leigh Powell joined National Datacare in early 2024 as its President and Chief Executive Officer, citing the company’s sterling reputation as a trusted provider of solutions, as well as significant opportunities for growth as the diving factors. Mr. Powell has been a successful CEO and founder of both public and private software and services companies. Most recently, Mr. Powell was CEO of iContracts, a company he co-founded in 2009 which rose to a leadership position providing cloud-based revenue, policy, contract, and compliance management solutions to the Life Sciences industry. The company was acquired by RLDatix in 2019. Mr. Powell also served as CEO of PCHelps, LLC, the leading provider of packaged PC application software and mobile device support to the Fortune 500, helping the company expand rapidly, eventually leading to its successful acquisition. He is a past recipient of the MESDA CEO of the year award and a Massachusetts High Technology magazine “High Tech All-Star” for his efforts as the CEO of I-many, Inc.™ Mr. Powell led I-many through a successful IPO in 2001 and grew the company to nearly $60 million in revenue in less than 4 years. He began his career with Accenture where he spent 10 years architecting and launching enterprise software offerings for the process and energy industries. Mr. Powell holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Mark Sanfacon – Chief Technical Officer
Mark Sanfacon served as President and Chief Executive Officer of National Datacare for over 33 years. During his tenure, Mr. Sanfacon developed the Resident Fund Management Service and grew it to be the de-facto solution for handling resident funds for the skilled nursing home industry by serving over 8500 facilities and over half a million individuals. He has been responsible for all aspects of the company including negotiating banking partnerships with large and small institutions, architecting technical solutions, finance, sales and customer integrations. In early 2024, Mr. Sanfacon stepped back into the CTO role to focus his energies on product direction and innovations. Mr. Sanfacon holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Betty Sang – Vice President of Operations
After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland College Park, Betty Sang embarked on her journey with National Datacare in 1992, stepping into an entry-level role that marked the beginning of a remarkable career. With a steadfast dedication to personal and professional growth, Betty seized every opportunity to evolve alongside the company. She has worn numerous hats and made impactful contributions to National Datacare’s growth. Her ability to adapt and thrive in various capacities speaks volumes about her commitment and her deep understanding of National Datacare operations. Today, Betty serves as the Vice President of Operations with the commitment to excellence and dedication to National Datacare’s mission and values.
Todd Venetianer – Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer
Todd Venetianer currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer for National Datacare. Mr. Venetianer has over 35 years of experience growing and leading organizations deploying enterprise software and financial solutions. He has been responsible for managing financial, accounting, human resources, legal, engineering and professional services teams. Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer and Board member for iContracts, Inc. where he grew the company from a start-up SaaS based contract management solution provider to a muti-million dollar global organization. Prior to his position with iContracts, Todd led the Professional Services and Support organizations for several software companies and provided strategic and technology consulting to both small/mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Venetianer holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.
